All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped as received unless otherwise specified to you directly. We use third party shipping services such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. and are not responsible for delays in shipping times. We do not guarantee shipping times and are not responsible for reimbursement of shipping costs due to delays or any other reasons. Please note: shipping times are usually in business days. We ship standard domestic, with an option to choose international or expedited at checkout. Customer is able to select their preferred shipping method at checkout, with a cost estimated to them based on their location. Standard domestic shipping should arrive within 5-7 business days, expedited within 2-3 days, and international up to two weeks.
