Returns/ Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you aren't, please reach out and let us help make it right. We offer returns or exchanges on new and unworn items only, in original packaging. We understand sizing can be tricky, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or refer to our size chart located in the images of each sock, or the main page of each section. Due to the nature of the product, we unfortunately don't accept returns on used or worn socks (even if you just tried them on), so please reach out to us directly if you have ANY questions about sizing as we would be happy to answer those before you place your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We offer refunds or replacements on damaged or defective items. We do not offer refunds or replacements due to user error, product misuse, or normal wear and tear.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and shipping is not refunded.
If you would like to return your socks, please reach out to us first so we know to expect it. You can reach us directly at connect@shocsox.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final on any items marked down from their original prices. Discontinued, sale or clearance items are final sale.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be electronically sent to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
